When I arrived I was greeted by being told we were tight for time. I found the pedicure fine but not very luxurious, likewise the manicure. It all felt rather functional rather than a treat and the cuticle treatment was rougher than I am used to. I was a bit disappointed as there are cheaper places to have a manicure where it feels a bit more special.
