Really lovely venue & staff were fantastic. Therapist was great, taking time to discuss treatment preferences and products used. Staff knowledge was very good and I appreciated time taken to talk me through different treatments. The scent diffused in the room was a great touch and made the ambience really relaxing.

Although the massage started late due to the previous session over running, I still award it 5 stars. The therapist listened to what I wanted to focus on (shoulder tension etc) and really sorted it out.
