Vaneesha was friendly and efficient - the wax was relatively pain-free and fast.
The Organic Pharmacy is a nice setting and staff are friendly. Unfortunately their Spray tan is very pale and so I would not recommend this treatment if you are looking for a golden glow.
The organic pharmacy spa is lovely. I was pleased to be offered a green tea on arrival and I was quickly taken care of by the massage therapist. The only thing I can say that's negative is I came in for a green coffee massage but the therapist said she wouldn't do it on me as it was a one off and so I had a facial without a lot of choice on my behalf. I felt very sick after (and during) my facial, which was a real pity, as it meant I didn't enjoy it very much at all. The massage therapist did her best to make me feel comfortable even though I wasn't feeling well.
