Been getting waxed for years and have been here a few times and it’s been fine. This one therapist however clearly wasn’t to an expected standard and a procedure that normally takes 20mins took double that and wasn’t satisfactory in terms of outcome either. Normally good but could be a one off
The best face treatment I’ve ever had. Madia is professional and knows what she’s doing. She told me what steps to take in order to keep my skin hydrated. I’ll definitely recommend and I’ll return.
