I love the service and friendliness of the therapists. Treatments are very professional and perfect. Rooms are clean and surroundings are quiet. Worth every penny.

Natalie who did my pedicure was a lovely person - very chatty but for £55 I came away thoroughly dissatisfied. Polish over my toes, lack of exfoliation of my feet - definitely could have done better myself at home. Furthermore, the girls on reception were unhelpful and browned Daily Mail instead of helping see if my polish had dried.
