The products used for the facial we're effective however I do not agree with the method of using rough towels especially for those with sensitive skin. I feel there are better alternatives to towels. Also, the therapist kept asking if I use acne products and kept referring to my breakout as 'acne' I did explain to her I was having a breakout from a previous facial I had received. However, she persisted in saying I have acne which is a chronic skin problem I do not suffer with.

Madia was as excellent as usual .... polite, careful, thorough and lovely to talk with (although I must say that my long-time experience of Great Marlborough St Organic Pharmacy has always been very good whomever the therapist).

They need to use a stronger wax. The hot wax currently being used is not effective and the therapist was struggling to pull it off and get all the hairs. For a brazillian I feel like I got a Hollywood.
