I unfortunately had a terrible experience here. I have previously been here over a year ago for waxing and had the best experience but returning this time was not the same. My brazillian was very uneven , patchy and my legs had missed patches. I was tired so didnt realise until I was home. I called them and they offered to rectify it and when shown, they could clearly see the issue as it was noticeable. Another member of staff fixed it but it wasn't perfect. It was a little sloppy and I later still found little patches of hair on my legs. Both staff need to take their time and pay better attention to the work. This is a shame as I used to recommend this place to people and I absolutely would not now. Furthermore, at both appointments I was told that I should wax more often and not shave at all. My assumtion most people do not need to be told this. It was frustrating coming in for a fix and being told I should wax more! I explained multiple times that realistically especially in summer, I would obviously not feel comfortable baring stublley hair whilst it grew to a point to be waxed particularly as I have dark hair! It felt like an annoying sales pitch both times. I would liked a good service a friendly conversation and advise as required only.

I arrived late for my facial near closing and was treated kindly and to the full experience. Highly recommended
