The most painless wax I've ever had - Cheryl was so lovely and did a brilliant job!
Nobody answered the phone. No voicemail on the phone. The receptionist was efficacious. Although my homeopathic was very pleasant and friendly especially as I was stressed, I did not feel I had the appropriate consultation. It was not thorough enough and I left feeling rather confused. I never saw the screen and we skimmed through the results. Also the music in the reception was too loud and in appropriate. Not at all relaxing.
Cheryl did a terrific job with my feet, and was a pleasure to have as a technician. However, I was very disappointed to find that you do not have proper pedicure chairs which meant I had to lift my legs up in an awkward way a lot of the time, which meant I could not just relax, as I had desired. Indeed, the initial foot soak was distinctly inelegant and not relaxing: sitting on the bed with my knees up in a bowl of water!? I love your treatments, but I am unlikely to have a pedicure again here unless you get some proper seating.
Quick & easy, lovely staff and made me feel at ease
Very good waxing and the staff was really friendly.
