I usually love The Organic Pharmacy. The first time there was amazing, however, when I came back the experience was awful.
I asked for Hollywood, and the technician took ages to remove just the front bit. I came back the next day thinking she would finally finish it all off up to the back but she removed a couple of them and said they were done.
When I came home the front bit was not done at all despite her saying it’s all fully waxed, and never did my back. Waste of money this time!! She was very slow as well!
Not worth the money, they didn’t do proper extractions, no steam treatment, massage time was also not of a high quality
Such a terrible waxing experience, luckily they were very ready to not charge me but I've never had an experience like it. Incredibly uneven, left me bruised and with so much wax left on my skin and remaining hair (far more hair than I wanted left) that I had to cut myself out of my underwear. No exaggeration!
