All staff is very helpful and friendly. I normally have treatments with Polina who is very knowledgable and professional beyond being such lovely person. The place is not super fancy but that doesn't impact the effectiveness of the treatments and products although it would be nicer not to have the treatments in the basement.

This facial is incredible. My skin is glowing and feels amazing. I love their product lines here. Unlike other places, when I’ve made skincare purchases after a treatment they have instantly become my favourites and a lasting part of my beauty regime.
