Great wax! Very thorough, took her time and listened to what I wanted, not painful either. I dropped a star overall as they were running 15 mins late.
I was kept waiting for 20 minutes before my treatment began but the treatment itself and the woman doing it were good.
As I had previously received little or no support from doctors I was not confident as to the outcome of my visit to OP. However, Lisa put me at my ease and was totally professional but friendly. She was thorough and provided my with so much valuable advice to improve my health and well-being. I cannot thank her enough.
