Great facial which really focuses on improving your skin. The therapist also gave me a fab massage which really rejuvenated me. Really appreciated that there wasn’t a ‘hard sell’ at the end with products.

Third visit to the salon and 2nd time with Polina. As I said last time, Polina is very very good at the bikini wax - I would highly recommend. I am very sensitive and had a Brazilian hot wax which was brilliant and very nearly pain free. Thank you!

lovely staff member who did my hot wax Brazilian. issue is the hot wax they use isn't very good and so doesnt pick up shorter hairs that other hot waxes would easily pick up. recommend if you want an intimate strip wax thoigh!
I was greeted so coldly, the therapist hardly looked me in the eye, and didn’t ask me a single question. I expect from a massage for a therapist to ask me where I’m feeling tension, how I’m feeling, what I would like to feel at the end. She seemed so annoyed by my presence. Was awful
