Second time I've visited this central London salon and I am so impressed. Open on a Sunday = yes, clean and modern = yes, Best hot wax I've ever had = yes! I was amazed and will be back! Would recommend in a heartbeat!

I love Polina she was delightful. However not every staff was pleasant. The facial was a bit too basic for the price point. Double cleansing - steam - very minor extraction (~2 mins) - masks and moisturiser. I felt like I could have that done at home. Felt a bit like I paid to try their products more than anything. I did not see any difference after the facial.

This is a fab facial which really benefits your skin alongside making you feel relaxed. The products are fab and your skin feels amazing afterwards and is glowing.
