They were very welcoming and professional despite it being a last minute booking. And so efficient!
The therapist was lovely and very thorough :) At one point there was some noise outside and she was quick to handle that so I’d have a relaxing environment
I had a facial and it was amazing! It was very relaxing and the scents they use in their products makes the experience even nicer. I would totally recommend it.
Glad to of found this central London salon, especially as it offers hot wax which is good for my sensitive skin. The salon itself is very clean and modern, a lot better than I was expecting (based on experience in other central London salons). Although I have waxes regularly I am very sensitive and the beautician was very good with me, professional and patient. I will definitely be visiting again.
