I love having my facials done at the Organic Pharmacy. Everyone is friendly and since I’m a regular I feel at home. The treatment room is downstairs so it’s noise free and peaceful. My therapist is usually Madia who’s wonderful and friendly, she does her work with ease and perfection. Ambience is very good and clean.
I highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a really good facial and want to be pampered. It’s a bit steep but worth it. They have high quality products too. Worth a try.

The assessment machine was quite cool but the consultation made me had the impression the practitioner only aim at promoting products rather detailed explained about my health assessment results. I found out from one of my friend who attended same assessment at High Street Kensington branch and the practitioner was really good as I was very confused of my practitioner's explanation and not explained properly.
