This was a fantastic experience all round. The location is amazing, very central but you feel far from the hustle and bustle of central London as you're tucked away downstairs the main shop floor. The facial was really relaxing with beautiful products. The beautician was fantastic and I've already booked to see her again. She was friendly and very knowledgable about skin and the products. I felt very comfortable with her.
Before the treatment, you fill out a form answering some questions about your expectations etc which is really useful for the beautician as they know what to focus on. After the treatment, I had a nice relaxing green tea before leaving. My skin looks much healthier since the treatment..brighter and more glowing which I'm really happy about.
It is very expensive but I feel it was worthwhile and would like to keep going every 3-6 months to keep my skin healthy.
The waxing was ok and the staff (polina) was great and professional. However it was quite painful and I ended up having small irritations. I must say that there is a great attention to the details, but 40£ for a wax is crazy. Also because on the app o saw another price...
