Overall it's a good facial. Location is great. The masks are nice and also the neck massage (while I'm having the mask on). The therapist feels a little bit too keen to promote their own products.

Polina is an excellent therapist. She is professional and did a great job with my waxing treatment. I'd highly recommend Polina and this salon.
The massage was great. A few niggles - I could feel the therapist's nails and the space feels a bit cramped.
She was a bit too firm even though I chose the option where it was supposed to be a bit more relaxed.
