I booked through the app last minute. They said they didnt have my booking. Then said I was lucky that they had found it. I then waited for 20 mins as they were running late, without keeping me informed. Then the therapist changed at the last minute. Then I had the most painful, unpleasant massage ever, which only lasted 50mins, not 1hr (then again, it was a blessing as i felt I was being slapped around). When i came out, I said it had been very short and that I felt short changed, their only reply was 'next time call us direct'.
Shame as I love the products. Never again.
I arrived 5 minutes early hoping that I would be able to have the wax on time, but I had to wait 15 minutes until I was seen, with no apology. The beautician was lovely, but the wax was not great, with lots of hairs left which I only noticed later.
