The therapist was really friendly, the ambience was relaxing and comfortable and the treatment was great. They also gave me some good advice and a free sample product. I took a star off for value as there are slightly cheaper places but I think it's worth the money. Overall a really good experience.

The manicure table is situated in a dark corner of the shop, so its really difficult for the nail tech to see clearly what they are doing. My tech missed some oil on my nails, so one day after the gel polish manicure the gel is already lifting on three nails.
