I usually have a good experience but this time everything was a bit disorganised. I paid to have an express gel manicure but when I arrived there was nobody there to help. One technician started on my nails and then another took over. There was a problem with the lamp and in the end I was there for an hour which defeats the purpose of me booking an express manicure. My nails did look great though as the technician did a good job.
