My nail technician at this venue was lovely, but unfortunately she did a shoddy job - I went for the quick manicure which I wouldn't recommend as it meant the job was far from perfect and my nails had already started to chip the following morning.

When we arrived the therapist was shouting at another therapist and telling her to leave it and just not to get involved - she was ignoring customers and when she finally saw us she told my daughter to wash her hands and then sit in a chair she then said it was the wrong chair and said to wash her hands when my daughter said she had already washed them she rolled her eyes - and then advised my daughter almost 15 was too young for the treatment and shooed us away saying she couldn’t do it.
