Gel Nails Manicure
The service wasn’t great - despite lots of other customers offered a drink and the nail technicians making themselves a coffee, nobody thought to ask me until the top coat was going on my last 3 fingers! The manicure has a few flaws, which I had to go back to have corrected. Also, the nail technician (not Lauren as tagged here) didn’t really engage much and didn’t create a relaxing atmosphere. Altogether it wasn’t the premium experience that Nails Inc bills itself as.

Great manicures it was done to perfection! but a overall experience fell a bit flat, especially being in Selfridges. I was expecting a little more luxury even if it was an express appointment.
