Mixed feelings. Reception was good, waited bit. Therapist was OK, considered paid alot for nails than I usually do could have made more of effort. First she text on her mobile, then I had to tell her what to do and was very insular. Not about customer service and moaned about taking the gel off. Nails are OK, did very minimal work and attitude really put me off especially if you are paying £36. One off as special occasion, nails are OK nice colour.

Really good experience at this nail bar. Honestly, I could spend all day in this area of selfridges and spend so much money. Coffee water and prosecco offered complimentary - damn dry January! I arrived early and they saw me earlier. So good
