Overpriced and the custom colour was not what I asked for.

Staff could have been more friendly. I felt uncomfortable as the person doing my nails was quite grumpy! The overall ambience is fine, it’s busy but you expect that in Selfridges and the area is very clean. They had run out of moisture mask (included in my treatment) and didn’t offer a reduction in cost or alternative. Overall good place to go for convenience/time limitations not for a ‘treat’ experience.
Manicure
If you are wanting a relaxing 45 min then Paint Shop is not the place. It vibrates the frenetic pace of shopping in Selfridges with many non UK tourists who do not show the manicurists the same respect that a UK person does. I had a particularly rude UAE visitor to my right which spoiled my enjoyment of what is a rare treat for me. Jasmeen was lovely though, friendly, very professional and did a great job of making my nails look fab.

The person that took care of my manicure was really nice but the gel manicure itself was quite bad with irregularities all over ...would not recover for the price
