I really liked the ambience of the salon, and attention has clearly been paid to the decor and small touches like the hand cream matching the colour scheme of the place (which I loved!). Friendly, polite staff and I was quickly offered of a cup of tea. The services were good and efficient, I was really pleased with the result - my main feedback is that the varnish on my thumbnail was too thick and went a bit lumpy (I would have mentioned but had to leave so didn’t have time to correct it). I’ll certainly return though.

I had such a great experience at The Palm and will definitely be making it my go to place for my nails and recommending to friends. The salon is gorgeous and so clean. The staff are super friendly and kind!
