I don’t know what it was but the whole experience felt off. From the moment I arrived I felt like a bit of an inconvenience that had to be delt with.
The massage was ok but I would not do a hot stone massage again it felt like most the time was spent paying attention to the rocks rather than my massage. It’s also really really tough to escape and enjoy the experience when there is zero attempt at soundproofing the room.
My eyebrow tint was fine - although one was darker than the other.
My eyebrow wax was rushed and messy - I was left with two completely different looking brows, that I had to fix when I got home. I was rushed out the room so quickly I didn’t notice. Seemed like they had over booked and a customer had one hand on the door and was about to walk out as I finished my appointment guess that’s why I was being rushed.
