The absolute number 1 most unorganised place I’ve ever been to. First I arrive and am being told they have not even realised I had booked (i.e. not checked Treatwell). They send me away and I come back later in the day (which meant my entire day off was dedicated to having my nails done). I booked nail extensions for a couple of days later, unfortunately I cannot make it to the appointment and contact the owner to say I won’t make it. An hour later someone calls me to tell me they have to cancel the appointment due to lack of staff...??? The gel wasn’t even well applied and what’s usually done every 2 months now has to be redone weeks since my last appointment. Not impressed to be honest.
