Arranged an appointment here after a cancellation at my usual place, big mistake, really disappointed. The lady who did my pedicure cut one of my toenails unevenly and then filed them down to nothing, I had to ask her to stop, when I spoke to the manager she said I should have told them how long I wanted them, I wasn't asked but the length even she admitted was way too short. Midway through the procedure a guy with long fingernails took over and gave me a really creepy unsolicited leg massage. The cuticle work on my fingernails is poor and the gel polish has started to bubble. Wish I'd not bothered!

Little bit disappointed as a friend booked at the same time as me but was called in the morning to say they were fully booked and couldn't fit her in. Though when I arrived it was quiet and the other staff member was available. There is zero interaction when getting the treatment, the lady was on her phone the whole time. My actual gel manicure was okay, she did cut into one of my cuticles making it bleed and was painful and noticed after I had left that one nail had some fluff stuck in the polish. Good value though.

I had a Shellac manicure and pedicure at The Palm Nails and Beauty. I was really happy with both, felt that the staff took their time and were thorough with both treatments. The salon is a lovely, calm environment to be in.
