I booked for ombré nails, but was told me design choice did not fall under this category. I said fine, and that I would go with a different style.
I showed Alex a picture and he claimed he could do it, but he seemed unsure of himself. Once Alex finished my nails, I could see many imperfections, and it looked nothing like the reference image.
I was then charged an extra £22, which was only told to me once my nails were completed. Very disappointed - the shop quality has dropped.
