Poor treatment and service, appointments cancelled and refund offered not honoured

Not the best experience unfortunately. The therapist left the room 5 times during my hot stones massage. I was uncomfortable (head wasn’t supported and no option of a towel to roll up to give me a little height). There was no pattern/routine to the massage; just fast figure of eight’s and circles at the top and bottom of my back. The music was relaxing and therapist was nice.
I also had an issue with booking an appointment as I wasn’t getting a reply. Really disappointing.

I couldn’t fault the massage it was relaxing and lovely. It was nice and pleasant could be cleaner, on the floor . And if i am honest i would have preferred a clean towel instead of a blanket as it was full of oil and i could feel it. And unsure if changed between clients. The water given was a nice touch. And the lady was nice and chatty.
