Had issues regarding booking the appointment, didn't receive a proper confirmation and took a long time to respond despite me reaching out via Whatsapp, email and phone.I recommend booking the appointment well before the appointment date to avoid these problems.
Tameena,my masseuse was excellent. I told her this was my first time receiving a hot stone massage and she changed the temperature of the stones accordingly so that I was comfortable. She was friendly, experienced and a lovely masseuse.

I’m pleased I had a voucher so didn’t pay full price for my treatment. The room wasn’t overly clean. There was a clean paper roll on the bed, but blanket underneath was dirty. The floor was dirty. The bed creaked (sounds minor but irritating when having massage). The massage itself wasn’t great. Interrupted part way through by a customer arriving so therapist left the room mid massage and I could hear their whole conversation. I’d recommend paying more to go elsewhere for a proper experience

Pre booking communication was really poor and stressful, we didnt get confirmation until evening before, despite emails, voice messages, insta msgs 2 weeks prior. Watsapp message seems to be more effective. You need to pay for parking. Massage room was cold and no ambience and my massage was less than an hour (45min) even though I paid for 1 hour. Could do with a lil cleaning, ambience and some heating.
