Lovely decor and relaxing music but the masseuse stopped massaging me twice to answer her phone and my nail polish chipped off within a few days. It was a lot of money for a disappointing experience. Nail tec was lovely though.

Had my massage I was never asked once if I have any medical conditions which is a must and whilst I was having my massage the women stopped my massage to make another customer a cup of coffee which is very poor

Had a facial and massage, found very difficult to make an appointment not answering the phone or emails took over a week for a reply, so the treatment itself the lady was very nice but I had to wait 25 minutes the facial was OK but nothing more the massage was rubbish she was watching something on her phone whilst doing it?
