Staff members were unsure about who was giving my massage and vocalised this to me in the room. This made me feel very uneasy. The young girl that gave me my hot stone massage burnt my back with the hot stones, she did apologise and told me this was the first time she had ever given this treatment. This was supposed to be a 50-minute treatment and ended up being 20 minutes. When I went to pay the girl at reception was playing games on her phone. Not a great experience!
