I was underneath a fleece blanket in 25° heat & the window was open on a busy road. I asked for a pillow to stop my neck straining when I turned over, which I wasn't allowed. Instead, I was given a rolled up towel so I left with a sore neck. There was zero pressure applied to my massage, even after I asked for a firmer approach. All in all, a poor experience in a place I have been many times and encouraged others to go. I will not be back, nor will I be recommending it to anyone

Wax pot wasnt on for my appointment time so had to wait. If a wax is allowed to be booked at 10am it should all be set up and ready to go at that time. Then had to wait as they jumped out to shops they didnt have any spatulas. Wax itself was then taking too long to do and it was sticking to me then wax was too hot i felt it was burning me so i decided to leave.

Had a mother and daughter package we both have a great relaxing time. Highly recommended
The girls were lovely although I didn’t like the fact that both treatment rooms were in the one big room with a pillar separating them. I could hear everything the other client and therapist were talking about, not very private. Valarie is a lovely girl, her massage was very good and made sure I was comfortable throughout
