Pamper room cancelled on the day of treatment. Nobodies fault but they could not squeeze me in. Very disappointed customer.

Kerrie was such a lovely person and made me feel at ease when coming in by being chatty/friendly. The massage was amazing and her technique was great. I have been to loads of places for a Swedish massage so my only criticism I would have would be from the room itself! The blinds were open making the room really light, the windows were open so was really loud from the main road/street and it wasn’t very private as I had to share. The music helped but it wasn’t a very relaxing environment.

All very good, just too close to other treatment area and being able to hear other clients talk about ear wax while having a relaxing massage.
