The salon was lovely, as was Steve. My hair feels so much healthier and I love my cut! He was very friendly and knowledgable but didn’t push products either. Would highly recommend.

Due to been let down by another Salon made booking here in the morning and he was great. Made me feel at ease and everyone liked the new do ! Will be coming back.

The salon was lovely. It was my first visit and Steven was so friendly and helpful, he really put me at ease and I immediately knew I could trust him to do a great job with my hair. He is really knowledgeable and listened to what I would like and offered his own expert advice so my rather neglected hair was looking wonderful by the time I left!!! My hair was in poor condition when I went in and not only did Steven sort out my colour, cover my greys and give an excellent cut, he also knew which specialist products to use to give my brittle hair its shine and strength back. Absolutely amazing results. Better than I ever imagined!! The Parkway is very easy to get to, plenty of parking, and in a lovely setting - I had a lovely relaxing coffee and magazines in the brasserie before my appointment. A lovely experience and I’ll certainly be back: I’ve found my new hairdresser!!

I have been looking for a good hairdresser for a long time, and I think Iv finally found him!! Steve was amazing, he took time and effort with my haircut and also exceptional customer service. Not only he gave me an amazing haircut, but he listened and wanted to make it perfect for me as I have been having confidence issues due to hair loss, Steve made me feel comfortable and reassured it will be okay as I was really worried and down about my haircut. He has lifted my spirits and gave me the confidence I needed to feel great about myself through a great haircut but also by the lovely humble person he is, DEFINITELY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED and a 10/10 from me! Big Thank You to Steve!!

I went to Steven following a hair disaster involving months use of MicroRing Bond extensions from a different salon. I was nearly in tears at the state that my hair was left in. I explained the situation to Steven and he could see that he was upset. From the get go, Steven made me feel comfortable and was extremely positive to make me feel better in myself and how I can improve my hair.
The treatment itself was relaxing and professional but also very personal and chatty. He listened to what I wanted and advised well on how I can achieve it. The aftercare as well was great, he advised me on what to do to improve the condition of my hair and recommended various products without trying to sell me anything (something that I really appreciated because I've been to salons before where they have clearly only recommended a product for their personal gain, rather than for your welfare.)
Overall I had a great experience. The treatment was relaxing, the cut was great and the atmosphere was uplifting.
