I got a cut and blow dry done by Steve, he was so welcoming and gave me honest opinions about what would look best for my hair before we started, he took in what I wanted to achieve and combined the two ideas perfectly.
I understand why some of the reviews referred to him as a kind of therapist as he was so welcoming throughout my appointment.
Since going, I've already made plans to go back for a colour and have passed on the name to a lot of friends and would definitely recommend trying out the salon.

Came across this hair salon through google. Read the reviews and thought of giving it a try. Steven and Rachel looked after me from the moment I stepped in until I left the salon. Steven listened to me and at the same time gave me his professional advice. The result is a fantastic one. I am very happy with the cut and have already phoned and booked the next appointment! If you are looking for a genuine stylist with a breadth of experience, then come here. If you are looking for a glitzy salon with posh deco and pretentious stylist and a mediocre service, then this is not for you! I was not pushed into buying any products either which do puts me off in other salons. The blow dry was impressive. A lot of stylists like to finish off with straighteners but Steve blowed dry mine perfectly that the straighteners may just spoil the bounce and natural movement of my hair. All in all, highly recommended!!

Loved my visit to the Parkway Salon. Steve was lovely and made me feel welcome and at ease. I felt like he knew exactly what I wanted from the cut and colour without me even saying much. I love my new hair colour and would definitely want to come back again :)
