Recently visited the salon for cut, blowdy and highlights. Was very impressed with the quality and professionalism, in particular from the Management Stylist Steve. He gave some great advice regarding the colouring which added to the end result. Received a better quality service than some of the more expensive high end salons in Leeds Ive visited in the past. Great customer service skills also. Highly recommended and will definately return (in fact Im already booked in!)
Myself and my step daughter Jade went to Parkway Hair Salon today and was truly amazed with how lovely the salon owner and his daughter were, throughout the visit we were welcomed with very polite and friendly people both Steve (Owner Hairdresser) and Daughter (Olivia who made us both a lovely cup of Tea and Coffee on arrival. Steve consultation was superb and we both felt very at ease!! Me and Jade are delighted so much with out hair cuts, I had 1/2 head highligjts and low lights cut and blow and Jade had a wash cut and blow dry, excellent quality I must say for very reasonable price, we are both very very very Happy!! We are both returning back again for our second visit on the 31st August, we felt very pampered and well looked after throughout our time there in steves salon. The location is very peaceful and beautiful, away from all the hussle and bussle of the city!! Thank you to Steve and Olivia for making our day such a lovely saturday! together, we both feel revamped and sparkling!! :)
I wanted to visit this salon as i was sick of the hustle and bustle of busy rushed salons.
On arrival i was greeted by the lovely Olivia who brought me a coffee, soon after Steve the owner introduced himself and talked me through exactly what type of cut i wanted. I then had a conditioning treatment. The atmosphere is relaxed and friendly and as Steve started on my hair i felt at ease and assured throughout.
I found out Steve has a wealth of experience and this was reflected in the cut i received. I had a patch test done there and then to return for colour soon.
The Parkway is a friendly little gem of a salon and i will be back! Thankyou x

This is a small but perfectly formed salon in the Mercure Parkway Hotel near to golden acre park on the otley road. Bus stop outside. What it lacks in size is made up for by the quality of service. Having been for a consultation on what I wanted and colour safety test I returned for my appointment clutching even more pictures of the style and colour I wanted. Steve was more than patient and reassured me that I would be very pleased with the outcome. Well I can honestly say its the first time I've ever come away from a salon 100% happy! The style/cut was (with a few discussions along the way)exactly what I wanted. the colour wow! Finally someone listened to what 'I' wanted and it was perfect. Even my husband commented it was the best haircut/colour I had ever had. Thanks to Steve I am one very happy lady.
