My Hollywood and underarm wax was ok. Having done my research before getting a wax and the top tip was that the wax isn’t meant to burn you. However, when I expressed to Alex that it was too hot she said there was nothing she could do. On top of that when it was time to wax my eyebrows she didn’t lower the temperature. Now I’m left with a scar under my eyebrows, that I’m hoping will fade away. Such a shame, she was really nice.
