terrible! unprofessional! salon doesn’t deserve to be in the area like wapping. my appointment was at 10, the salon was closed till 10 30. the ‘hairdresser’ opened the salon in front of me and no apologies at all. on top, she tells me that the treatment i booked for was ‘beneath’ her and i should have booked w the junior staff - who was on a day off!!! and how was one supposed to know who is junior and senior?? she washed my hair as if she was doing me a favour- very rough and nasty. i have never had such a bad experience in any salon in central london. never going back. even though its next door to my house. she could have had a good long lsting client if she had any manners.

Really pleased with my haircut - she made some brill suggestions, took her time over it to ensure i had best cut. Will be returning
I had gel removal and reapplication with Frankie and my nails look great! She also fixed a split nail for me which is so good.
