So my hair looked great when I left. The problem is that the toner was covered up the over bleached hair in many places. The baylage is actually very very patchy and now the toner has washed out (three washes later) you can actually breakage on the highlights. You can pick up burnt white hair and see the points where it has snapped off. It’s a shame as my hair wasn’t coloured before and I wanted something subtle. Now I’m stuck with either getting it redone else where or toning until it grows out
