Having had a negative experience at another salon, it's been very reassuring to find staff at The Parlour Oxford to be skilled and knowledgeable. I feel that I can trust them to carry out the electrolysis process correctly (unlike the other salon staff who actually made the problem worse) and I am already seeing the results of the treatment, which is encouraging. Personally, I find the 'natural sounds' music a bit twee and feel extremely awkward that you can hear the answer phone messages being left by other clients, but overall I'm happy with the salon and will definitely keep returning.
