Overall 3 stars, the waxing left a lot of hairs behind and the tweezers were not used at all. I've been having waxes for years and this one was disappointing.

Absolutely delighted with my eyelash extensions. Such a relaxing experience. Kayleigh was incredibly friendly and put me totally at ease.

When I arrived I walked in and was unsure where the reception area was and no one was there to greet me so I just sat in the waiting area. I was new to the parlour so wasn't sure what to do really.
When the staff appeared, they were very helpful and welcoming.
They did a great job and were very professional. The place was clean and tidy.
Getting my appointment was so easy and very convenient.
