Arrived and did not expect the salon to be in a house. First impressions were that the whole salon was a bit shabby as it clearly hadnt been properly done up, rather had decorated things to cover up stuff. For example one the pots holding treatment stuff had clearly had some flowerly wallpaper stuck around it in an attempt at making it look pretty. Felt it could have been made to look more professional. However was greeted by a nice staff member and even though i was early for my appointment she lead me straight through to the treatment room. The treatment room was a sort of conservatory on the end of the builiding and even though most of the glass was covered there were definitely still cracks and areas that people could see through and because i was having a hollywood wax i felt this wasn't the most private. I was left to get myself ready and lay on a bed that had a piece of cut up table cloth on. This again was a bit of a botch job and felt shabby. The wax did not use hot wax which was disappointing as i felt for the price they definitely should have been. However the wax turned out to be pretty good and i couldnt fault the women that did it. She was professional and lovely. Overall the treatment itself was good, but the salon was just not up to standard in terms of looking like a proper salon.
