Lovely clean venue with parking outside. Staff were welcoming, friendly and professional. Wide variety of treatments available, definitely be back!!
Even though the staff was extremely friendly and polite, the whole experience was so so. The tub/machine they used to soak my feet was a very old one and didn't do anything really. The scrub and buff process was almost non existent and for some reason the nail polish doesn't start from the root of my nails but a little further back (which makes them look that they hadn't been done in ages) -I had to redo my feet when I got home. Massage was like a a gentle stroke on my feet, not at all a massage but all and all nice to have someone do something on you feet.

This was my first time here and I was a little disappointed. For £12 I would have expected more from the eyebrow shaping. When I got home I noticed some quite obvious stray hairs that were missed, which I hadn't noticed at the time. Same with the other waxing but it just seemed half done. Maybe better lighting is needed to notice these things, or more time needs to be spent getting it right. I would probably give it another go there due to convenience though and just keep an eye on these things.
