Great experience, friendly staff. My only qualm was that in all the other spas/salons where I've had a Hollywood done, they remove *all* of your hair down there... Front and back. Whereas this was my second time at this location and they mostly focused on the front. I'd recommend this place, but don't think I'll be coming back for the Hollywood service.
