It was a great Salon; friendly staff and nice ambiance. However after some discrepancy of what a Brazilian wax is, all was fine. However the wax itself was badly done, areas where waxed over 3 times which left areas without the top layer of skin. My private region was oozing (sorry to be graphic) and so sore that I couldn't wear underwear for 3 days. Although value for money, the treatment itself, result and proficiency of the beautician has much to be desired. Could have been a one-off bad wax, however I will not be calling in again.

I thoroughly recommend The Parlour. I've been coming for years and, although I've tried other places (because they are closer to me), I keep coming back as they are the best.

Lovely clean venue with parking outside. Staff were welcoming, friendly and professional. Wide variety of treatments available, definitely be back!!
Even though the staff was extremely friendly and polite, the whole experience was so so. The tub/machine they used to soak my feet was a very old one and didn't do anything really. The scrub and buff process was almost non existent and for some reason the nail polish doesn't start from the root of my nails but a little further back (which makes them look that they hadn't been done in ages) -I had to redo my feet when I got home. Massage was like a a gentle stroke on my feet, not at all a massage but all and all nice to have someone do something on you feet.
