First time having a Hollywood wax and I was pretty nervous. Lisa made me feel comfortable and the conversation flowed which made it a lot easier to distract myself. It was relatively pain free and I was very pleased with the outcome. Lisa was so professional and so friendly. It felt like I was speaking to a friend of many years as opposed to somebody that I’ve just met. I look forward to coming back for my next appointment. Thank you!
