The lady doing my wax was very friendly, and it was good value (few hairs missed). Only complaint is that the place is very sterile with big strip lights, feels like being in a doctor's office!

I booked last minute and this must have caused a mix up at the salon. The appointment slot was double booked and the treatment room was unavailable. I agreed to have my treatment (eyebrow wax & tint) upstairs in the reception area. The tint was fine but the therapist explained that she couldn’t do any waxing because we were upstairs and plucked my eyebrows instead. The therapist was very nice but I didn’t get the service I paid for.
