Quite basic and not a very relaxing/pampering experience which is what I was hoping for. Fairly happy with the mani and pedi a part from the nail polish which I had to go over when I got home as it was patchy. Would be nice to offer tea or coffee.
Very friendly staff who were welcoming. Great pedicure and paraffin wax treatment but was left a little bit disappointed with the manicure. I realised the edge of my nails were quite rough after I left so had to file them when I got home.
Other than that, my nails look better than when I arrived which I’m happy about!
Also if you have a paraffin was treatment, beware that you won’t be able to have polish on your nails on the same appointment as your nails will be too oily from the treatment.
What I chose on Treatwell wasn't clearly explained so I ended up having to pay £16 more for an already £32 deluxe manicure. When I tried to downgrade the original manicure I had booked on Treatwell the staff wouldn't compromise, telling me it was impossible (despite the fact they hadn't yet carried out the "deluxe" part) and told me I had to pay an additional £16. The gel manicure, which ended up costing me £48 in total also took almost two hours for them to do! Ridiculous.

Had a great experience at the Pedicure Plus salon. Staff was really friendly, they have many different treatments and big range of colours to choose from. Thanks a lot I'll definitely will come back
