A friend invited me to come and use the gym and spa facilities for the day. Must say the pool, sauna, steam and Jacuzzi were all excellent and really recommended. Nice clean changing facilities and showers too, the only negative was that the gym could have done with some improvements as felt a little cluttered and not the kind of machines that would be ideal for a workout. In general though a superb visit and felt great afterwards.
